At Sheesham Valley, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Please read our refund and replacement policy carefully:
1. Damaged Items (Replacement Policy)
If your order arrives damaged, broken, or defective, you are eligible for a free replacement.
You must inform us within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear pictures or video as proof.
2. Refund Policy (15 Days)
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund within 15 days of receiving the product.
The item must be unused, in its original condition, and packed properly.
3. Transit Damage
If the product gets damaged during shipping, Sheesham Valley will provide you with a replacement at no extra cost.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within a few business days.
Refunds will be issued via bank transfer or any mutually agreed method.
5. Non-Eligible Cases
- Used or damaged products (by the customer) are not eligible for refund
- Requests made after 15 days of delivery will not be accepted
