While no mechanical clock is completely soundless, our clocks are engineered to be whisper-quiet under normal conditions.

How long does delivery take across Pakistan?
We deliver across Pakistan. Estimated delivery times are:
- Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad & major cities: 2–4 business days
- Other cities & towns: 4–7 business days

How does cash on delivery work?
It's simple — you pay when your order arrives at your doorstep. No advance payment, no online transaction required. Our courier will collect the full amount in cash at the time of delivery.
Is there any advance payment required?
No. We offer 100% Cash on Delivery with zero advance payment. You only pay when you receive your clock and are satisfied with it.
Returns & Exchanges
What is the return or exchange policy if the clock arrives damaged or defective?
Your satisfaction is our priority. If your clock arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement or exchange at no additional cost to you. Please keep the original packaging to facilitate the return process.

Installation & Hanging
How do I install or hang the clock?
Hanging your SHESHUM VALLEY clock is straightforward:
- Choose a flat, sturdy wall and locate a wall stud or use an appropriate wall anchor for your wall type.
- Insert a screw or nail at the desired height, leaving a small gap from the wall.
- Hang the clock on the screw using the mounting bracket on the back of the clock.
- Attach the pendulum by hooking it onto the pendulum hanger inside the clock body.
- Insert the required batteries (included or specified on the product page) and gently give the pendulum a small push to start the swing.
- Adjust the clock hands to the correct time using the setting knob at the back.
